Orbiloc Dual Safety Light is a Danish-made high quality LED Safety Light designed to keep you safe in the dark.
The safety light ensures that you are visible to others from a distance of 5 kilometres / 3 miles when out and about in the dark – drastically reducing the risk of being involved in an accident or dangerous situation.
The power of the light is reflected in the environment and the unique lens design distributes the light in a 270° arc and ensures the light is visible in all directions, which leaves other road users plenty of time to react.
Orbiloc Dual Safety Light is waterproof to a depth of 100 meter / 330 feet in accordance with IPX8.
IPX indicates how resistant a product is against rain and immersed in water. Orbiloc Dual has the highest level of this certification (IPX8), which means that the light can stand being continuously underwater. Orbiloc Dual was tested in a pressure gauge with water, where it was exposed to 11 bars, equivalent to a depth of 100 meters, for one hour.
Orbiloc Dual is a very tough light that can withstand a pressure of 100 kg and the Orbiloc Dual has performed well in a number of durability and accelerated life tests.
Due to its high quality design the Orbiloc Dual is extremely resistant to impact and is not affected by changes in pressure, vibrations or to shock. You can drop it, throw it, or even drive over it and the light will still work.
The Orbiloc Dual LED technology is moreover tested and guaranteed to fully function from 50°C to -40°C /120°F to -40°F.
The Orbiloc Dual Safety Light has two operating modes, flashing and steady-on, which is completely one hand operable – even while wearing gloves.
Simply twist the Mode Selector Ring so that the ribbed triangle is positioned at the desired mode.
The unique Mode Selector Ring can be turned either left or right endlessly and has four positions that click – two OFF positions, one flashing position and one steady-on position. Flashing (…) and Steady-on (-) symbols are clearly indicated on top of the Orbiloc light.
The battery lifetime is 100 hours when steady-on and 250 hours when flashing and the batteries are replaceable.
