Boneless Minces

 Lamb tripe mince 1kg

Boneless lamb tripe mince. Warning all tripe has a smell of the countryside and lamb tripe just smells a little stronger of the countryside than Ox. It also has a higher moisture content as it contains less fat than ox tripe

Ox (beef) tripe mince 1kg

Boneless coarsely minced ox tripe. Ox tripe, all though still smells of the countryside on a muck spreading day!! is not as strong smelling as lamb tripe. It contains less moisture as it is higher in fat

Pork & Ox (beef) mince 1kg

A boneless blend of 50% pork heart, boar chunks, pig pluck. 50% Ox heart, meaty ox chunks, ox lung all minced on a large 10ml plate to make a chunky mince

Veal mince 1kg

Boneless veal minced from either dairy calves or calves up to 12 months old ( rose veal) Not crate kept calves. A very low fat mince
